Return & Exchange
- Customers can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is delivered back, passes quality check, and will take 2–5 business days to be credited.
- Exchanges are only allowed for size changes. The exchange order will be dispatched only after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags intact.
- No additional charges will be applied for returns or exchanges.
